Prices
Prices quoted are recommended retail (RRP) and include GST. Trade prices to retailers will be the RRP less discounts allowed less retailer’s margin of 30% (including GST). In addition, a settlement discount of 5% is allowed if and when payment of account is received on or before the due date. Prices and/or specifications listed are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Terms for approved credit accounts are strictly 30 days net. That is, goods invoiced during a month are to be paid for by the last working day of the following month. Invoices will be subject to a further 5% settlement discount if payment is received within the credit terms. The title of all goods does not pass to the purchaser until full payment is received. All costs and expenses incurred by National Music Pty Ltd, in obtaining or attempting to obtain payment from a retailer shall be due and payable by the retailer immediately upon demand.

Freight and Insurance
All orders are shipped ex-Brisbane. Freight costs are to the retailers account, unless otherwise notified in writing. Insurance will be arranged by National Music Pty Ltd for a small premium to be charged to the retailer unless notified in writing

Returns
No goods may be returned without notifying National Music Pty Ltd and obtaining a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. All returns must be sent freight prepaid. If returns procedure is not adhered to, returns will not be accepted.

Back Orders
Goods not in stock will be back ordered, unless requested not to do so. Back orders older than 28 days will be confirmed with the retailer before supplying.
