Warranty

Warranties apply only where good care in every regard has been taken. Repairs undertaken without first obtaining an approval and a Return Authorisation (RA) Number from National Music Pty Ltd may not be reimbursed and may void warranty. Warranty items returned to National Music Pty Ltd by retailers must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
