Warranties apply only where good care in every regard has been taken. Repairs undertaken without first obtaining an approval and a Return Authorisation (RA) Number from National Music Pty Ltd will not be reimbursed and may void warranty. Warranty items returned to National Music Pty Ltd by retailers must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.
